The Company collects the following personal information to provide its services.
- Required information: login information (email address, name, and password)
- Information collected automatically while using the service:
- Location information: GPS coordinates for recording vehicle inspection locations
- Photographs: vehicle images and inspection-related images, including Shipping Marks and Black Labels
- Device information: device identifier and operating system version
Article 3 (Processing and Retention Period)
The Company processes and retains personal information within the retention and use periods prescribed by applicable laws or agreed to when the information was collected from the data subject.
- Service usage records: five years under the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, Etc.
- Vehicle inspection records and photographs: five years under the Commercial Act, Customs Act, and other applicable laws
- Login records: three months under the Protection of Communications Secrets Act
Article 4 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)
The Company processes personal information only within the scope specified in Article 1. The Company provides personal information to third parties only when permitted under Article 17 of the Personal Information Protection Act, such as with the data subject's consent or where specifically authorized by law.
